Camera privacy, clearly explained

When correctly installed and fully closed, an opaque camera privacy cover physically blocks the camera lens's view. Open it fully before taking photos or recording video. A lens cover does not disable the microphone, prevent account or network compromise, or provide complete device privacy. Always respect other people's consent and venue rules, and keep recording indicators visible when recording.
